How can I return my order?

You're no longer happy with the product you ordered or it has a defect? No problem – you can return any items you've ordered from our online shop within 30 days from the date of shipment, free of charge.

Simply use our returns portal, where you register the return package by entering your order number and your email address or postal code. You then receive a prepaid return label with which you can return your package to us free of charge.

As soon as your return package has been received by our logistics centre and checked, the purchase amount is refunded via the originally used means of payment.
You will find detailed information in the 'Legal Notice' area under 'Right of Revocation'.

Will I be notified when FRITZ! receives my return package?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return package.
You receive a further email when we have checked your returned product. This email also gives you details of your refund.

Will I be charged for return shipping?

No, the return package is free of charge. We cover the postage and processing costs.
