FRITZ!Box: Supported fibre optic connections
The FRITZ!Box can be used on AON and GPON fibre optic connections (fibre to the home, FTTH) and establish internet connections of up to 1 Gbit/s (AON) or 2.5 Gbit/s (GPON).
Supported fibre optic standards
- AON according to ITU-T G.652 or IEEE 802.3ah-2004 1000BASE-BX10
- GPON according to ITU-T G.984.2 / G.984.5
