Number and type of smart home devices that can be registered with the FRITZ!Box

With your FRITZ!Box as a smart home hub, you can configure, control, and evaluate up to 100 smart home devices in the home network. A total of up to 50 of the following devices can be directly registered with the FRITZ!Box:

Note:Additional smart home devices can be integrated into the home network via a FRITZ!Smart Gateway or a second FRITZ!Box as a Mesh Repeater.

• max. 50 FRITZ! radiator controls
• max. 50 FRITZ! smart switches and door/window contacts
• max. 20 FRITZ! smart plugs and LED lights
• max. 30 devices from other manufacturers that support the DECT ULE/HAN FUN standard

  If more than 3 DECT cordless phones (for example FRITZ!Fon) or DECT door intercom systems are registered with the FRITZ!Box, we recommend registering fewer than 30 HAN FUN devices since some functions may not work properly.
