Switching and controlling in the smart home

You can manually or automatically switch the devices used in your smart home individually, together in groups, or organized in templates and scenes. For example, you can manually switch on all LED lights in the living room with a FRITZ! smart switch or use an automatic switching schedule as a trigger.

For manual switching:

• FRITZ!App Smart Home (in the home network and from anywhere over the internet).
• FRITZ! smart switch.
• FRITZ! door/window contact.
• FRITZ!Fon (in the menu "Home Network > Smart Home").
• FRITZ!Box user interface (in the menu "Smart Home > Operation").
• the button on the device itself in the case of FRITZ! radiator controls and FRITZ! smart plugs.

For automatic switching:

• Switching schedules that are configured in the FRITZ!Box user interface in the "Smart Home" menu on the profile page of the respective device or group.
